Perched atop Camelback Mountain, Big Pocono State Park is rugged and scenic. A paved, 1.4-mile, ADA-accessible drive encircles the mountaintop, providing magnificent views of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. The park features 8.5 miles of trails, some of which include steep grades. The park closes the day after the end of deer season in December and reopens as conditions permit in spring, sunrise to sunset.
